Today I choose to:

The #tracktuesday workout this week: 13β warm up jog with dynamic drills, 8x 400m + 2x 200m, 9β cool down.

A quick stretch {and most certainly a shower} + a cup of coffee, and Iβm off to a couple work meetings. Centered. Grounded. Ready for what the day delivers.
